The Boston Phoenix has declared Township an official “Supergroup” with their “transcendent bout of 70s stadium rock that sounds like The Who on steroids with an Afro-Latin twist.” Nominated for two 2007 Boston Music Awards and winners of the 2007 WBCN Rock n’ Roll Rumble, Township has shared stages with Incubus, BRMC, The Bravery, Extreme, The Click Five, The Mooney Suzuki, Richard Lloyd, Bad Wizard, The Drive-By Truckers and Alice Cooper.
