This tour highlights the importance of many buildings, both in the City's past and now, with the exciting renewal of Union Square. This includes American Tube Works buildings, workers' houses in Duck Village, rowhouses on Summer St and several interiors. Refreshments afterward at India Palace. Tour is led by Ed Gordon, President of Victorian Society of America, New England Chapter.

ArtsUnion

ArtsUnion is an initiative to enhance the cultural economic development of Union Square. ArtsUnion presents events and markets, cultural and historical tours, commissions street furniture and public art, and has revised zoning to provide incentives for arts related development. ArtsUnion is funded by the Mass Cultural Council's John and Abigail Adams Art Program and the City of Somerville.
