What: Nibble Kitchen is opening later this summer in Union Square's highly anticipated Bow Market and we need your help! Nibble Kitchen will be an incubator kitchen for the fabulous Nibble entrepreneurs, all of whom are immigrants who prepare delicious international cuisine! Visit Nibble Kitchen for more details!

Salada de Feijão Fradinho (Black Eyed Pea Salad) with your choice of 3 of the following:
  1. Coxinha (Chicken Croquette)
  2. Bolinho de Bacalhau (Codfish Croquette)
  3. Kibe (Beef Croquette)
  4. Empada (Chicken Pie)
  5. Seasonal Veggies
  6. Pão de Queijo (Famous Brazilian Cheese Bread!)
 
Robson Lemos shows up regularly on the Brazilian Times Newspaper cooking show segment and is a long time Nibble entrepreneur. We look forward to welcoming you into Foundation Kitchen, a shared kitchen space where Nibble has worked since the beginning of the Nibble Entrepreneurship Program (NEP).

  
Parking: There is plenty of street parking, as well as an available parking lot to the left of Foundation Kitchen.

Public Transit: Foundation Kitchen is located near Sullivan Station, which is accessible by bus and the Orange Line.
