Food of the Future

Food of the Future Trap an arthritic, theatrical, experimental combat, dance and performance artist in a storefront window, on a ladder, with only food to keep her company and what will happen? That's what we want to find out! Alisia Waller, director of the And So No Sin Performance Troupe, will be playing the part of a scientific test subject for the "Food of the Future" as a perfomative countdown to ArtBeat. Waller will move, dance, act, and fight her way through decidedly odd situations to illustrate the often insane relationship we have with food in the postmodern world.
