UNION SQUARE: Where history, culture and diversity flourish

ArtsUnion cultivates and promotes the square’s diverse artist and business community. During its second year, ArtsUnion presented a series of cultural events/performances; conducted weekend craft markets; continued with cultural tours; commissioned local artisans to design streetscape furniture and lightscape projects; and continued to implement the work surrounding a zoning/regulation review to further support the arts and distinct character of the square.

ArtsUnion is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council and its John and Abigail Adams Arts Program.
