Born August 13, 1970 in New York City and son to Puerto Rican parents, Jesus Pagan has always had an interest and love for performing. Growing up and watching family members playing cultural music: Aguinaldos, Bomba, Plenas and Boleros, gave him the inspiration to take over and continue the family tradition but with a little twist- he went for the music he loved the most, Salsa.

Jesus Pagan started his music career as a DJ playing parties and local venues in the northern part of the island of Puerto Rico and mixing all of the Latin music of the moment. That experience gave him a shot to work on radio and be on stage, where he fell deeper in love with what would later become his passion, composing and singing Salsa music. Now, as musical director and lead singer/songwriter for his own salsa orchestra, Jesus Pagan has released 5 productions in a period of 10 years as a solo artist.

Jesus Pagan has traveled and performed on some of the biggest stages of the world. One that stands on top is his performance at the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York City singing alongside one of the great salsa super stars Gilberto Santa Rosa in 2013. He also performed at a sold out concert at the Macarena Arena in Medellin, Colombia as a lead singer with Orquesta Dicupe in front of over 20,000 salsa fans. Jesus Pagan also appears in the book "La Historia De La Salsa En Discucion" released in Cali, Colombia as one of the new era salseros to keep the flame of Latin music alive in the new world of music marketing.
